• 2 cups Butter (cold, cut into cubes)
• 2 cups Brown Sugar
• 1 cup Sugar
• 4 large Eggs
• 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
• 3 cups All Purpose
• 3 cups Cake Flour
• 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
• 1.5 teaspoons Baking Soda
• 1.5 teaspoons Salt
• 4 cups Milk Chocolate Chips (Guittard or Ghiradelli suggested)
