- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced in half
- 1 small shallot, roughly chopped, about 1/3 cup
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Sweet Maple Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Freshly cracked pepper, to taste
