• Light Brown Sugar or Dark Brown Sugar, packed – 3/4 cup (159g)
• Unbleached All-Purpose Flour – 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons (134g)
• Salt – If using unsalted butter, add a heaping 1/4 teaspoon along with the flour
