Norwegian Kisses recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 250g butter
• ¾ cup icing sugar
• ½ cup custard powder
• 2 cups flour (as needed)
• 1. Beat butter and sugar till creamy.
• 2. Add custard powder and flour, form dough.
• 3. Roll on floured surface area.
• 4. Cut with cutter and gently lift and place on greased cookie sheet trays.
• 5. Bake in preheated oven on 160degC till lighty golden.
• 6. Allow to cool.
• 7. Decorate as desired.
