• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
• 1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
• ½ teaspoon pure mint extract
• 3 egg yolks
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, sliced into pats
• ½ cup Andes Crème de Menthe Baking Chips
• Whipped Cream Topping 1 ½ cup heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
• ¾ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons piping gel
