- 1 Tbsp (15ml) smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) apricot jam
- 1 tsp (5ml) ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp (5ml) ground coriander
- 1 tsp (5ml) dried thyme or oregano
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
