• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 onion, diced
• 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup peach or mango chutney
• 4 chicken leg quarters
• 1 tsp salt
