Ingredients

• 1 cup California Giant strawberries, chopped
• ¼ cup red onion, chopped
• 1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
• 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon orange juice
• 1½ teaspoons lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (do not substitute)
• salt, to taste
• black pepper, to taste
