• 4 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 tsp. thyme
• 1 tsp. mild chilli powder
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. sumac
• 1/2 tsp. paprika
• 1/2 measure of saffron
