- 500 g tenderstem broccoli
- 4 large free-range eggs , (at room temperature)
- 2 tbsp Dijon or wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 pinch of caster sugar
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 2-4 marinated anchovies
- 1 fresh red chilli
- CROUTONS
- 60 g leftover ciabatta
