Ingredients

• 1/2 tsp white wine vinegar
• 3 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
• 1 tsp Garlic Salt
• 3/4 tsp tarragon
• 1/2 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
• 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 3 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 each red, green and yellow peppers, thinly sliced
