Ingredients

• 1 1/2 s boiling water
• 1 quick oats
• 1 semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 soft oleo
• 3/4 brown sugar, packed
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• Coffee Frosting:
• 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules, dissolved in 1/4 cup warm cream or milk
• Add rest of ingredients:
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 4 s powdered sugar
