• 1/4 cup Pecans
• 1/2 cup Margarine
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 1/4 cup Egg Whites
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla
• 3 teaspoons Water
• 1 cup Flour
• 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
• 1/4 teaspoon Salt
