Ingredients

• 1/2 cup boiling water
• 2 cups old fashioned oats
• 1/2 cup rice flour
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 6 packets Splenda sugar substitute
• 2 extra large eggs or 3 medium eggs
• 1 teaspoon molasses ( optional )
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
