Potato & Chorizo Tacos Recipe, Street Taco | Gran Luchito

Ingredients

• 250g / 9 oz potatoes, washed well
• 200g / 9 oz chorizo, casing removed and cut into chunks
• ¼ tub Gran Luchito Spicy Taco Seasoning
• 1 packet Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 bunch spring onions, roughly chopped
• ½ jar Gran Luchito Tomatillo Salsa
• 100g / 3 ½ oz queso fresco (use mild feta if you can’t find it)
• 1 handful coriander, roughly chopped
• Lime wedges to serve
