• 1 bag (approximately 30 ounces) of frozen diced hash brown potatoes
• 1 can (10.5 ounces) of cream of chicken soup
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
