Peppermint Brownies Recipe. A Great Holiday Recipe.

Ingredients

• 4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, broken into 1" or smaller pieces
• 1 cup unsalted butter or margarine
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 5 ounces (about 10 squares) of dark chocolate candy with mint filling
• 1/4 cup of candy canes, crushed
