Cheesesteak Mini Cups - Steak-umm

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 medium onion diced
• 1/2 large red bell pepper diced
• 6 ounces Steak-umm (6 beef sheets)
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 ounces cream cheese (add a little horseradish if you want some kick)
• 1 package phyllo dough (if pressed for time, you can buy the pre-made mini phyllo tart shells)
• ½ cup shredded cheese (pick your favorite)
