Bourbon Bramble Crisp – Garden & Gun

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Meyer lemon juice
• 8–10 fresh blueberries
• ½ oz. Saigon cinnamon syrup (recipe follows)
• 1¾ oz. oat-washed rye (recipe follows)
• ¾ oz. Mathilde Pêche Liqueur
• 3 drops vanilla extract
• Peach circles, blueberries, and freshly grated cinnamon, for garnish
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 Saigon cinnamon sticks (or 1 tbsp. ground)
• ½ cup rolled oats
• 1 cup rye whiskey (I use James E. Pepper)
