Ingredients

• 3 cups (750 mL) light brown sugar packed
• 1/3 cup (80 mL) golden corn syrup
• 1/3 cup (80 mL) 18 % or 15 % cream
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped walnuts
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla extract
