Big Apple Breakfast Sour - Coffee Cocktail Challenge
I fell in love with the Breakfast Sour featured on YouTube. I swapped out the Whistle Pig for Russell's Reserve and floated red wine on top as my version of the New York Sour.
Ingredients
- 1.25 oz Rye Whiskey
- 0.75 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
- 0.50 oz Lemon juice
- 0.50 oz Simple syrup
- 0.25 oz Dry red wine
- 0.50 oz Egg white
- 2 dashes Chocolate bitters
