Ingredients
- 1 cup ghee (Clarified butter) ( place in freezer for +-10min)
- 1 cup Sugar
- Add in 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) ; ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- All ingredients should be beaten well together.
- Add in to your mixture while beating slowly little at a time.
- Add in abt 2-4 tablespoon more of flour if required
