- ¼ onion, chopped
- 1 ½ cups grated mozzarella
- 1 c warm water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 c all purpose flour, plus more forkneading
