Ingredients

• 250g softened butter
• 1 cup icing sugar
• 1 cup maizena (corn flour)
• ½ cup oil
• About 2½ cups flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 cups coconut
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon coffee optional
• 2 tablespoon cocoa
• About 2 cups flour to make a soft dough.
