Peach Sorbet –

Ingredients

• 70g caster sugar
• 180ml water
• 3 peaches, stones removed, diced
• 1 juice of lemon
• 2.45oz caster sugar
• 6.3fl. oz water
• Step 1 Cook sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Add peaches and lemon juice and continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Step 2 Pour mixture into the tub and place in an ice bath.
• Step 3 Once cool, place storage lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours.
• Step 5 Select SORBET.
• Step 6 Once processing is complete, remove sorbet from tub and serve immediately.
