- 60g plain flour
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 1½ tsp baking powder ½
- ½ tsp salt
- 180ml Alpro Oat Drink
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- A little extra oil for cooking
- Warm fruit compote or whatever you fancy!
- 45g rolled oats
