Penzey's Apple Bread

Ingredients

• 4 cups Apples peeled, cored and chopped
• 4 large Eggs beaten
• 1 cup Vegetable oil (canola)
• 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 2 teaspoons Baking soda
• 2 teaspoons Salt
• 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
• 3 cups All purpose flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 3/4 cup All purpose flour
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 6 tablespoons butter softened
