Fiery Apple Crumble | Maine Spirits

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
• For the Apple Filling:
• 6 cups chopped apples (approx. 5-6 medium apples)
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• ½ cup caramel dessert sauce
• 2 Tbsp butter
• ⅓ cup brown sugar
• 2 tsp ground cinnamon
• ¾ cup Fireball Cinnamon Whisky
• For the Crumble:
• ¾ cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup oats
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
• 9 Tbsp butter, softened
• vanilla ice cream, optional (we recommend vanilla with a caramel swirl)
