An original, summery ice cream recipe that tastes just like Provence! With lavender for a delicate fragrance, and apricots giving it a velvety texture.
Ingredients
- 400 g pitted apricots (you need them ripe and sweet but still a bit firm)
- 1 big ripe white peach
- 300 g single or double cream
- 90 g sugar
- 3 stems of untreated lavender (you’ll need the upper part with the flowers)
