- 1 bottle of red wine
- 2 Bay leaf fresh or dried
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 whole cloves
- 1 star anise
- ! whole nutmeg
- 1 vanilla pod halved
- 2 clementines
- Peel of 1 lemon
- Peel of 1 lime
- 120 grms of granulated or castor sugar
- 50 mls brandy (optional)
