• 2 cups of fresh spinach leaves
• 1 Cup of button mushrooms, sliced
• 4 large eggs
• 1 Cup of heavy cream
• 1 Cup of grated gouda cheese
• 1/2 Cup of grated cheddar cheese
• 1/2 onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
