Grilled Lime Chicken with Sweet Potato Salad - A better choice!

Ingredients

• 1/4 Cup Fresh coriander, (or parsley) chopped
• 1/2 tsp Freshly ground pepper
• 1 tsp Lime zest, finely grated
• 2 Tbsp Lime juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 Cup Dry white wine (or Chablis)
• 6 Chicken thigh fillets
• 3 Cups Mixed salad leaves
• 2 Cups Sweet potato, diced and cooked
• 1 Sml Onions, peeled and thinly sliced
• 3 Tbsp Fresh coriander, (or parsley) chopped
• 3 Tab Hemp seeds, (or sesame seeds)
• ½ Cup Mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
