I knew about this lettuce soup recipe but so far I haven't dared to try it and now I'm so sorry. I find it brilliant, very tasty, complete, even the children
Ingredients
- ● Meat broth 3 l you can replace it with vegetable soup or water
- ● Bacon 300 g or any smoked ham you have or like
- ● White onion 1 piece
- ● Garlic cloves 4 pieces
- ● Egg 4 pieces
- ● Sour Cream(20%) 200 g
- ● Vegetable oil 50 ml
- ● Chopped dill 3 tbsp
- ● Green onions 3 pieces plus other favorite herbs
- ● Lettuce 1 piece a large green salad or 2 smaller ones
- ● Apple cider vinegar 4 tbsp
- ● Salt 1 tbsp
