Ingredients

• 1 Cup Flour all purpose
• 1/4 tsp Beetroot juice
• 1/4 tsp Carrot juice
• 1/4 Cup Water room temperature if needed
• 1 /2 Cup Shrimps
• 1 Cup Firm Tofu crumbled
• 2 tsp Ginger finely chopped
• 2 tsp Garlic finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Green Onions finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Coriander finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• Black Pepper to taste
