• 1/4 cup marinara sauce
• 12 slices uncured pepperoni
• 4 hamburger buns (preferably whole wheat)
• 1/4 cup pesto
• 1 1/2 cups baby arugula
• 2 Large Eggs
• 3 Tbsp water
• 2 zucchini, cut into 3-inch sticks
• 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
• 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (preferably whole wheat)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
