- About 300g marmalade
- 2 large eggs, separated, plus 2 extra egg yolks
- 200ml double cream
- 100g caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon orange flower water, whisky or Drambuie (optional)
- 150g white breadcrumbs, slightly stale is fine
- Icing sugar, for dusting
