Ingredients

• 1 can (398 mL) Green Giant* canned Cream Style Corn
• 1 cup (250 mL) Green Giant* canned Niblets* Corn, drained and rinsed from liquid
• 1 cup (250 mL) plain cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) green onion, chopped
• 1 cup (250 mL) sweet red pepper, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) salsa verde
• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) mozzarella cheese, grated
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 tsp. (5 mL) ground black pepper
• 1 -2 red or green chili, sliced
• Handful of fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
