Chicken Casserole - Whatsupmum

Ingredients

• 4 chicken breasts, on the bone with skin removed
• 1 tablespoon plain flour
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 ½ pints chicken stock
• 1 medium onion, peeled and finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
• 2 medium carrots, peeled, trimmed and chopped
• 10 -12 new baby potatoes washed
• 2 sticks of celery, chopped
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 sprig of thyme
• 1 bunch of parsley
