Ingredients: 2/3 cup unsalted butter; 3/4 cup granulated sugar; 1 large egg; 1/2 cup orange juice; 2 tablespoons grated orange rind; 2 cups all-purpose flour; 1/2 teaspoons baking powder; 1/2 teaspoon baking soda; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter (soft); 2 teaspoons grated orange rind; 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (sifted, confectioner's sugar); 1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice (or a bit more as needed, enough to make the icing spreadable)
