• 1½ kilo spare ribs or loin bones
• 1 tsp salt (approx.)
• 3 tbsp butter and rapeseed oil
• 1 tbsp ketchup-type chilli sauce
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp ground ginger
• 1 tsp Sambal oelek
• 2 tbsp honey
• 200 ml sour cream with paprika and chilli
