Ingredients

• 2 cups watermelon, skinless, seedless, small dice
• 1/2 cup jicama, peeled and very small dice
• 1/2 cup honeydew melon, small dice
• 1/2 cup cantaloupe, small dice
• 1/4 cup red onion, minced
• 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
• 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
• juice of 1 lime
• 1 tablespoon Iron Fish Bourbon Maple Syrup
• 2 tablespoons Fustini’s Jalapeno Lime balsamic
• 1 tablespoon Fustini’s Cilantro and Onion EVOO
• salt and pepper
