Trout Recipe: Baked Trout Stuffed with Bacon and Onions ⋆

Ingredients

• 1/2 tsp grainy mustard
• 1/4 tsp dried thyme
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 10 drops liquid smoke
• 1/8 tsp garlic powder
• 2 whole trout (Gutted and cleaned)
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 small onion (Sliced)
• 2 strips bacon (Cooked and broken into pieces)
• 1 tbs bacon grease
