Bob's Chili (Venison or Beef)

Ingredients

• 2 lbs Hamburger or Venison
• 80 oz Brooks Hot Chili Beans
• 30 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans
• 13 oz Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
• 1 Sweet Onion
• 1 Bell Pepper (Green, Red, or Yellow)
• 6 Cloves of Garlic
• 2 tsp Chili Powder
• Cracked Black Pepper
• 0.50 tsp dried basil
• 0.50 tsp dried thyme
• 0.50 tsp dried oregano
• 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 Tbsp Country Bob's Seasoning Salt
