Ingredients

• 4 large peaches, pits removed, halved
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 3 ounces vodka
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2 tablespoons rosemary simple syrup (see recipe below)
• 1 cup lemon-lime soda or soda water
• 4 slices of peaches, for garnish
• 2 rosemary sprigs, for garnish
