Ingredients

• 1.5 ounces Plymouth Gin or any London dry gin
• 0.75 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 ounce simple syrup
• 1 egg white that's enough for two in my opinion, especially if the egg is large or extra large
• 1 generous dash Regans' Orange Bitters No. 6
