• 100g Cream cheese
• 1 tsp Dill
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp Whipped Cream(Just to dilute the mixture to able to blend)
• flour, eggs, bread crumbs
• 1/3 cup Cream Cheese
• 1/3 cup Sour cheese
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 24 pieces smoked salmon (1-inch)
• 1 box pancake mix
• 1 stalk of spring onion, julienned
• 1 tbsp lemon juice and lemon zest
• 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
• 1 cucumber, sliced
• Pinch of salt to taste
• Caviar for garnish
• A dash of lemon juice
