Ingredients

• 1 pound chicken breast, chopped into inch-sized pieces
• 14 ounces kielbasa, sliced into thin rounds
• 10 red potatoes, cut into cubes about half an inch across
• 2 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 small white onion, finely chopped
• 10 1/2 ounces of canned cream of chicken and herbs
• 1/2 cup of thick sour cream
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• A teaspoon of garlic powder
• A teaspoon of Italian seasoning mix
• Salt and pepper, season as you like
