Ingredients
- 2 TBSP offrying oil (any kind) (adjust if needed)
- 1onion - peeled and chopped (large onion)
- 3potatoes of your choice - peeled and roughly chopped (medium sized potatoes)
- 1broccoli - with the stem and cut into large pieces
- 6 cups ofchicken broth/stock (or vegetable broth)
- 1 cup ofheavy cream
- 3 cloves ofgarlic - peeled and grated (or pressed)
- 1 TSP ofsalt (*)
- ½ TSP ofpepper - ideally freshly ground
- 6 TBSP ofsour cream
