• 1 package Fresh Express® Baby Spinach ((5-ounce))
• 1 loaf frozen bread dough ((1-pound))
• 1/2 cup yellow onion (chopped)
• 1 garlic clove (minced)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 cup shredded aged white cheddar cheese ((4 ounces))
• 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
• 2 eggs (beaten in two small bowls)
• 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 jar julienne cut sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil ((7-ounce) drained)
