Buffalo chicken wings recipe

Ingredients

• 110 g butter
• 120 ml hot pepper sauce (Louisiana)
• 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
• 2 pinches sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1.3 kg chicken wings
• 12 celery sticks, to serve
• 100 ml sour cream
• 110 g blue cheese, crumbled
• 120 ml mayonnaise
• 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
• 3 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
